Overall, I do not use AI in my work and I believe that using generative AI in journalism is immoral.

The only thing I use it for is the transcription of interviews, but even then, I listen back to it to verify everything is correct. I do not have other examples of ways it has helped me or made my work more efficient because I do not use it.
